The scalloped back is a white vellum card stock cut through my Sizzix Bigshot with the Classic Scalloped Ovals Small die-cutting wafer. The puffed dots were achieved using the Dots Embossing Folder (also from Sizzix).
"Jen" is the only 3-letter name I can think of at that time. We have a dog named Max, but I it'll need blue ribbons. I already trimmed the pink ones. ;-P
