I was planning to DIY a box for them but recalled that I had these gorgeous wooden storage boxes I bought from Saizen. They were at PhP88 (<$2) each! The ones pictured are two boxes on top of each other. Other designs available were crates and two-shelf drawers (pictures in this Daiso Japan site).
This set up is way better than what I had planned since it offers easy access to all the packaging trinkets. Wrapping papers, ribbons and twines are in separate boxes (somewhere) in my room.
